A Range of Resources This catalog is designed with teachers and librarians in mind and includes suggestions and tools that will help you make the best selection for readers of all ages, interests, and reading levels. • The first part of the catalog is organized by reading ability, based on Fountas & Pinnell’s leveling system for Guided Reading. Titles are classified as Beginning Readers, Chapter Books, Short Stories,and Middle Grade Readers. • In the second part, the titles are grouped according to high- demand categories: Picture Books; Hispanic Culture and Other Cultures; and Poetry, Riddles, Rhymes, and Songs. • The Young Adult and Classics sections round out our offering with materials appropriate for high-school readers, including the AP Spanish Literature.
